Gladiator Partners is a private investment firm that provides professional athletes and entertainers with access to professionally-vetted Alternative investments.

It is our belief that players and performers, current and former, have earned the opportunity to experience financial independence and to invest alongside traditional high-net-worth individuals and institutions in pursuit of that goal.

To that end, Gladiator partners with institutional funds, real estate owners and industry-leading venture firms to deliver alternative investments to the athletic community and beyond.

The professional athletics community has been underserved by the investments and wealth management industries. Historically, this subset of investors has not been provided with the information and access to opportunities that is available to conventional high-earners, and are subject to a higher rate of financial instability in retirement.

Leadership

Royce Baptist

As the President of Gladiator Partners, Royce Baptist oversees corporate strategy, capital raising, investor relations, and deal selection.

Prior to launching Gladiator, Royce served as Vice President of Multifamily for 29th Street Capital, a Chicago-based real estate private equity firm where he led multifamily acquisitions and asset management strategies in Georgia. He added $150M to his 1,250 unit portfolio and managed over twenty-five Atlanta staff members. In addition to investment sourcing and execution, his responsibilities at 29th Street included the complete oversight of projects; the selection of third-party management; and the supervision of all capital projects, marketing/design and dispositions.

His previous experience includes tenure at Landmark Properties, the largest student housing developer in the US, institutional multifamily brokerage and advisory at national firms, and a front office role with the Miami Dolphins.

Henry Post

Executive Vice President

Henry Post serves a Executive Vice President of Investments at Gladiator Partners where he leads investment sourcing, structuring and execution initiatives. Henry carries over a decade of real estate experience with transactional investment volume exceeding $300m. This experience spans a wide variety of asset classes, geographic markets and positions across the capital stack.

Prior to Gladiator Partners, Henry served as Capital Markets Director at EquityMultiple, a preeminent middle-market real estate private equity and bridge lending firm. During his three-year tenure, Henry led the development of the firm's Capital Markets division, and closed $120M+ of investments totaling over $1.5bn in capitalization.

Henry started his career at Cushman and Wakefield in New York City, where he gained institutional transaction experience on top-ten globally ranked investment sales team. Subsequently, his team transitioned to Avison Young, where he helped to develop a net lease investment sales platform at the firm.

Henry carries a Bachelors degree in Real Estate and Hospitality as well as a Masters in Business Administration with a Real Estate Finance concentration from Florida State University.
